π May 2025 Exams: Key Information and Support
As we approach the May 2025 examination period, we want to ensure all students feel prepared and supported. Hereβs everything you need to know:
π Exam Dates
- The main exam diet will run from Saturday 10 May 2025 to Monday 26 May 2025.
- The Extended Examination Diet will begin on Tuesday 27 May 2025 and finish on Friday 6 June 2025.
π¨ Preparing for Exams
All students received an email on 31 March 2025 containing general guidance on planning and preparing for the May exam period. If you missed this email, please check your university inbox for important advice and information.
βΏ Support for Disabled Students
Students registered with the Disability Team also received a separate email on 31 March 2025. This included a link to a short form where students are asked to:
- Confirm they have reviewed their support plan on MMS (if applicable)
- Check their personal exam timetable
- Notify the team if they have any questions or concerns
Please complete this form by Friday 2 May 2025.
Completing it ensures that any necessary exam arrangements are finalised in good time.
π οΈ Updates to Support Plans
Advisers can continue to add and edit support plans via MMS. The Exams Office will notify when a separate email should be sent to examoff@
, and this information will be shared via HAPS.
Please note:
- Any changes related to assistive technology or software must be discussed with the Exams Team if requested after 12 April 2025.
- We require at least 48 hoursβ notice for any last-minute changes to exam arrangements.
π©Ή Temporary Injuries
Students who experience a temporary injury affecting their ability to sit exams can complete the Temporary Injury Registration Form until Friday 2 May 2025.
After this date, students should contact their School directly to explore the possibility of deferring their exams if necessary.
