Our Wellbeing Advisers can help support you in managing your wellbeing as you navigate academic or personal concerns during your university experience πŸŽ“. You don’t need a diagnosis or a significant mental health concern to work with the wellbeing team.

The team uses a range of tools such as positive psychology, active listening, and the Five Ways to Wellbeing to help with personal development, problem-solving, and emotional support.

If you’re motivated for change – we are here to help get you there! The Coaching Practitioners offer support and accountability and will work with you to identify your strengths and values, empowering you to make changes or meet the goals you set for yourself 🎯.

For our postgraduate students, there are Postgraduate Wellbeing Advisers on the team who can provide specific advice or support related to managing challenges associated with the postgraduate experience.

The wellbeing team also offers groups and workshops at different points throughout the academic year πŸ—“οΈ. These are bookable online.
