The Advice and Support Centre (ASC) is your first stop for any queries. Whether you need help with academic concerns, visa issues, financial advice, or personal matters, the ASC team is ready to assist. They can also connect you with specialist advisers for more tailored support.

For other urgent matters outside office hours, the University Security and Response Team is available to assist. They may pass on your concern to a Critical Responder or another out-of-hours staff member.
