🌱Wellbeing and Mental Health Support for ADHD💬
At St Andrews, Student Services delivers wellbeing and mental health support through a matched care model 💡 — tailored to the individual needs of each student and grounded in evidence-based practice.
Our staff work collaboratively with students, offering both one-off, one-at-a-time appointments and ongoing support as appropriate.
💙 Our support includes:
- Well-being and positive psychology
- Coaching
- Psychoeducational groups
- CBT
- Mental health coordination
We also signpost or liaise with the NHS 🏥 or third-sector organisations when specialist support is needed.
This semester, you can join groups such as Perfectionism: Friend or Foe or Deadline Dread: Strategies to Stay Calm and Focused 📚.
